A colorful program for everyone
Sunday is all about shared contemplation. A hula hoop competition at 3 p.m. not only offers fun, but also an incentive for the sporty exhibitors. There are also further guided tours to the Derzbachhof at 1 and 3 p.m., which are organized by the Fürstenried Historical Association. Sunday promises to be a harmonious end to the village festival.
The village festival is not just an event in Forstenried. A regular get-together takes place every third Wednesday of the month in the Altes Wirt, where the villagers can exchange ideas. In addition, a very special anniversary will be celebrated in 2024: Matthias Vogl and Raiffeisenbank Forstenried will be 100 years old. An exhibition with his pictures opens on December 9th at the Raiffeisenbank Munich South and the proceeds from the sales will benefit the Forstenried clubs. [Ortskern] informs that those who are interested in the works of art can inquire directly by telephone with Gudrun Torge.
