In Nörting it will soon be said: “Fire open!” The local fire department is proudly celebrating its 125th anniversary with a colorful program of events from June 27th to 29th, 2025. These celebrations promise a lot of fun and interesting insights into the world of firefighting. The 54 members of the Nörting fire department are hoping for numerous visitors to celebrate with them on this special occasion.
The event kicks off on Friday, June 27th with the “LöschParty” in the festival tent, which starts at 8 p.m. and is accompanied by lively music from DJs Nick and Beatbuster. Here guests can celebrate and ring in the weekend in style.
A day for the little ones and the art of comedy
On Saturday, June 28th, the children's afternoon is all about games and excitement. From 1 p.m., various activities and informative insights into the tasks of the fire department await the little guests. In the evening there is a highlight for all cabaret lovers: Angela Ascher, a well-known actress from Bavaria, presents her program “Damn, I love myself” in the festival tent at 8 p.m. Admission opens at 6 p.m.
Angela Ascher, who was born in Landshut on December 26, 1977, has made a name for herself in the German cabaret scene. In her program she humorously covers topics such as self-love, money and friendships. With a mixture of irony and self-confidence, she makes clichés smile and makes you think. Viewers can look forward to an evening full of humor and wisdom, which will certainly not only stimulate the laughing muscles. Her tour, which takes her to Nörting among other places, already has some exciting stop highlights, including Kümmersbruck and Munich.
Festive conclusion
The culmination of the celebrations will be a culinary lunch on Sunday, June 29th. Guests can look forward to hearty roast pork, half a chicken or a large salad plate - a feast for the senses! Everyone is invited to eat together, chat and celebrate the successes of the Nörting fire department.
