An era is coming to an end in Dortmund's popular Kreuzviertel: Café Sonntag, which opened five years ago, will close its doors on August 31, 2025. Owner Karolin Becker announced the closure on Instagram and describes the past few years in the café as full of wonderful memories. She gratefully addresses her words to her team and the loyal customers who have made the café a “safe space”.
