The DEUTSCHE FINANCE GROUP has taken a significant step into the future and opened its new headquarters in the Westend district of Munich. The office building called 'H29' not only impresses with its modern architecture, but was also completely realized by the in-house subsidiary Deutsche Finance Development. With a total area of around 11,600 square meters, the building offers space for innovation and growth.
Full occupancy was achieved before the official completion at the end of 2024. Around 60 percent of the space is used by the DEUTSCHE FINANCE GROUP itself, while the remaining 4,500 square meters were rented long-term to a major international bank. This rental provides the company with a stable source of income and thus supports its strategic focus on growth.

The new headquarters ‘H29’ relies on an innovative and sustainable building concept. Particular attention is paid to minimizing the ecological footprint and increasing efficiency, which is becoming increasingly important these days. Thomas Oliver Müller and Dr. Sven Neubauer, the executive partner of the DEUTSCHE FINANCE GROUP, emphasizes that the decision to use the space for themselves signals strong confidence in their own project development.
