German Finance Group opens new headquarters in the Munich Westend!
The German Finance Group has taken a striking step into the future and opened its new headquarters in the Westend district of Munich. The office building called ‘H29’ not only impresses with its modern architecture, but was also fully realized by the in -house subsidiary Deutsche Finance Development. With a total area of around 11,600 square meters, the building offers space for innovation and growth.
Before the official completion at the end of 2024, full rental could be achieved. Around 60 percent of the areas are used by the Deutsche Finance Group itself, while the remaining 4,500 square meters were rented to an internationally active large bank in the long term. This rental equips the company with a stable source of income and thus supports the strategic orientation for growth.
