Planegg fails: Gilching celebrates a confident victory in the relegation battle!

On the last matchday of the Oberbayern Süd district league, the tension once again came to the fore. The teams fought for important points, while some games turned out to be real battles of nerves. FUPA reported: SV Planegg-Krailling had the chance to catch up with SC Olching, while the promoted teams from Polling and Raisting met in the relegation battle.

Above all, Sunday brought a goalless draw between SV Raisting and SV Polling, a result that does little to help either team. With 285 spectators, the game remained exciting, but neither Urban Schaidhauf from Raisting nor Mathias Schuster from Polling were able to put the ball in the net. Coach Johannes Franz was satisfied with the performance of his players, but the point win is not enough to let you breathe a sigh of relief in the relegation battle.

Starting point of the competition

Things went differently for TSV Gilching-Argelsried, who returned to the road to success. With a clear 4-0 win against VfL Denklingen, the Gilchingers moved to the top of the game. Maximilian König opened the scoring in the 20th minute. Manuel Eichberg and Daniel Yordanov increased the score before Andre Gasteiger scored the final point in stoppage time. Coach Christian Rodenwald was visibly proud of his team's performance, which continued to establish itself in the top third of the table.

Meanwhile, SC Olching handed SV Pullach a bitter defeat 4-0. It was Florian Obermeier who took the lead with a penalty kick in the 35th minute. Kerem Kavuk and Omer Grbic added further goals, and Connor Punzelt completed the impressive display in the 89th minute. Things were anything but smooth for Pullach, especially since Josef Burghard saw yellow-red in the 71st minute and his team had to operate outnumbered.
