New tenant couple for the Flößerei inn in Wolfratshausen!

A new chapter begins in the Flößerei inn in Wolfratshausen. The tenant couple Ramona (42) and André Seibicke (45) have taken over the business from Dominik Tabak, who would like to pursue new professional challenges. The city council decided on the change of tenants in a non-public meeting Mercury reported.

With a lease that runs until 2035 and offers the possibility of an extension, exciting times lie ahead for the Seibickes. Both have been working in the rafting industry since 2009, with André working as a Tabak representative for over fifteen years. There is great anticipation of the new challenge, as all current employees want to stay under the new tenants. The inn, which offers around 200 seats, also has an inviting beer garden for around 180 guests.

New plans for rafting

The new tenant couple is respectful of tradition and the existing menu. At the same time, they have already announced that they will be making some modernizations to freshen up the pub. Dominik Tabak will provide advice until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.

“We approach the task with respect and would like to continue to maintain the rafting business as a meeting place for the people in the region,” admits Ramona Seibicke. The new tenants bring both experience and passion with them: André is a trained hotel manager, while Ramona, as a trained restaurant specialist, can bring her skills into the catering industry.

A view of the Loisachhalle

The Wirtshaus Flößerei is not only part of Loisachauern GmbH, which is managed by Dietrich Sailer and Maximilian Sailer, but is also closely linked to the Loisachhalle. This will continue to be managed by Dominik Tabak, who has worked as a tenant together with Josef Bachmaier for five years. The new lease agreement for the Loisachhalle includes extensive investments in areas such as the stage, lighting and sound technology in order to increase the attractiveness of the event venue.

“We are pleased about the Seibickes’ commitment and are excited about the developments in the rafting business and the Loisachhalle,” emphasizes Maximilian Sailer, Managing Director of Loisachauern GmbH.

The change of tenant at the Flößerei inn and the future plans for the Loisachhalle show that a breath of fresh air is blowing in Wolfratshausen and that the local people can continue to rely on a strong gastronomic offering. The combination of tradition and modernization is promising and could significantly enrich the region's pub culture.
