New tenant couple for the rabbit raftsman in Wolfratshausen!

Wolfratshausen, Deutschland - A new chapter begins in the rafting house in Wolfratshausen. The tenant couple Ramona (42) and André Seibicke (45) took over the business of Dominik Tabak, who would like to turn to new professional challenges. The city council decided in a non -public session about the change of tenants, such as Merkur reported.

with a lease that runs by 2035 and offers the possibility of an extension, the Seibickes are now facing exciting times. Both have worked in the rafting since 2009, with André working as a representative of Tobacco for over fifteen years. The anticipation for the new challenge is great because all previous employees want to stay among the new tenants. The inn, which offers about 200 seats, also has an inviting beer garden for around 180 guests.

new plans for the rafting

The new tenant couple is respectful of tradition and the existing range of dishes. At the same time, they have already announced that they are making some modernizations to refresh the inn. Dominik Tabak will be available to provide advice until the end of the year to secure a smooth transition.

"We approach the task with respect and want to continue to receive the rafting as a meeting place for people in the region," admits Ramona Seibicke. The new tenants bring both experience and passion: André is a trained hotel clerk, while Ramona as a trained restaurant specialist can bring her skills into the gastronomy.

A look at the Loisachhalle

The rafting house is not only part of Loisachauen GmbH, which is directed by Dietrich Sailer and Maximilian Sailer, but also closely connected to the Loisachhalle. This remains managed by Dominik Tabak, who works as a tenant together with Josef Bachmaier for five years. According to Süddeutscher Zeitung has already been signed and also includes an extension option.

The new lease for the Loisachhalle includes extensive investments in areas such as stage, light and sound technology to increase the attractiveness of the event house.

"We are happy about the commitment of the Seibickes and are looking forward to developments in the rafting and the Loisachhalle," emphasizes Maximilian Sailer, Managing Director of Loisachauen GmbH.

The change of tenant in the rabble and future plans for the Loisachhalle show that a breath of fresh air in Wolfratshausen is blowing and that the people on site are allowed to continue to rely on a strong gastronomic offer. The combination of tradition and modernization is promising and could significantly enrich the region's pub culture.
