From today, June 15, 2025, drivers in Munich must expect restrictions on Landshuter Allee in Moosach. How news.de reported, important maintenance work and renovations will be carried out between 9:04 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. This concerns a construction site 493 meters long, which extends from Dachau towards Munich at the level of the Georg-Brauchle-Ring.
It is important to know that increased traffic volumes are expected during the construction work, which can lead to possible traffic jams in the affected areas. The city administration advises considering alternative routes to avoid delays. Landshuter Allee is not the only affected street in the city. Work is also underway in many other places. For example, on Englschalkinger Straße in Bogenhausen, where work on the power grid is expected to last until August 29th. There is no lane here, while pedestrians and cyclists can still pass.
In Forstenried, the road between Züricher Strasse and Filchnerstrasse will be completely closed in order to lay a district heating pipeline. This work is planned until August 1st and will also require diversions for car traffic. However, pedestrian and bicycle traffic remains unaffected by the measures.
