A symbol of innovation and cultural diversity in Munich: This Bergson art power plant was awarded the renowned Bavarian Art Prize 2025 in the Innovation category. Art Minister Markus Blume recently announced the good news in Munich.

The Bergson Art Power Plant, a fascinating place that combines industrial past, architectural innovation and artistic diversity, was only opened as a privately run cultural center in 2024 after extensive renovations and new construction. The art prize is awarded in a total of eight categories, with each category, including exhibition, voice and creative work, being endowed with 10,000 euros.
