The Bavarian capital has to adapt to some changes in S-Bahn traffic. How Radio gong reported, extensive construction work will take place on the 2nd main line in Laim from Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 10:30 p.m. to Monday, July 14, 2025, at 4:40 a.m. This has a direct impact on S-Bahn traffic around Munich, especially between Ostbahnhof and Pasing. As a result of the construction work, there will be diversions, canceled stops and changes to the scheduled start and end points.

What exactly can passengers expect these days? The official traffic plan for the Munich S-Bahn already contains some details that show how profound the changes are. The Munich S-Bahn announces that the S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7 and S8 trains will be particularly affected.
