The discussion is not exclusively negative. Some parents are positive and expect the fee to improve hygiene in the toilet facilities. This measure was introduced in response to previously existing problems such as poor cleanliness, vandalism and theft. The center management explains that the income from the new fee will flow into management by external service providers.
