Fuhnefelsen Day in Wolfen: climbing adventure for all generations!

Next Saturday, June 28th, 2025, SG Chemie Wolfen invites you to the now established Fuhnefelsen Day in Wolfen-Nord. Climbing enthusiasts of all experience levels are welcome to experience and live out the fascination of climbing together. The starting signal will be fired at 10 a.m. in the new film tape, which will contribute to the attractiveness of the Nordpark, where previous prefabricated buildings have been replaced by green oases and playgrounds.

The event is aimed at beginners as well as experienced sport climbers. Under expert guidance, the various climbing routes are available on the fourth largest artificial climbing rock in Saxony-Anhalt, which was built as part of Expo 2000. Although it was unused for a long time, it has been regularly maintained and equipped with new handles by the city of Bitterfeld-Wolfen and SG Chemie Wolfen since 2021.

Climbing for everyone

Fuhnefelsen Day creates the ideal opportunity to bring people together and make valuable contacts. It is important to reduce inhibitions and promote trust among each other. It's not just sporting activity that's on the agenda, it's also about experiencing climbing as a cross-generational activity. The equipment can be rented on site; prior registration is not necessary.
