Hells Angels in court: Brutal attack in Munich!
The Munich judiciary currently has their hands full, because despite the strict security situation in the city, the Hells Angels keep worrying. A gripping process now runs before the 10th criminal chamber at the Munich I. District Court, Nedim C. (39), was ex- "Sergeant at Arms" and thus responsible for the discipline of his club. He has to answer for dangerous bodily harm after he is said to have driven to a group of people on June 10, 2020 in a bloody incident in Ungererstrasse. In the past few days, the events that have led to the indictment have been discussed in detail, and the intentions of the Hells Angels have come to light more and more.
The incident began with a supposed insult of Nedim C.'s fiancee by a man from a rival rocker group. This insult inflamed years of conflict, which ultimately led to escalation on the day. Together with his accomplices Mustafa U. (35) and Valonis K. (33), who were candidates for full membership at the Hells Angels at the time of the crime, Nedim C. planned the attack. According to the indictment, they gathered, equipped with a machete and several knives to take revenge. When the victims left a restaurant in Ungererstrasse, C. and his friends brutally got rid of them and seriously injured them, with a knife being stung in the back.
The attack and its consequences
The defendants patiently waited for their victims before they strike at the crucial moment. Nedim C. drove to two men with a Mercedes Vito, while his accomplices initiated the remains of a violent discussion. It was never made a secret of the fact that the Hells Angels are shaped by their strict internal rules and their hierarchy. However, this did not change, even when they were suspected of committing serious bodily harm. In this context, it is also important to know that the incident was not isolated, but part of a greater argument between rocker gang, which is repeatedly held violently.
In addition to the physical attacks, Nedim C. is also pre -loaded in a quick snack because of an earlier incident in 2019. Here he threw a tray over his head to a cashier, which indicates a violent handling of confrontations. There is no doubt that the aggression, which appears in these incidents, is deeply rooted. Experts define rocker crime as overarching crimes associated with involvement in rocker groups and their solidarity. This not only includes physical violence, but also serious threats to members of other groups.rocker crime in focus
The rocker groups, which include the Hells Angels, are known in Germany as Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMCG) and notorious for their hierarchies, their strict rules and for violence, which are often used in the conflicts between rivals. The willingness to cooperate with the law enforcement agencies is considered minimally, which makes the investigation against these organizations enormously more difficult. The fear of intimidation and reprisals also ensures a significant dark field in relation to the enlightened crimes. According to the Federal Criminal Police Office, the willingness to violence within these groups is high and often affects not only those involved, but also uninvolved third parties.
The process of Nedim C. and his accomplices continue to be observed. A judgment is expected for mid -July 2023. The Munich authorities hope to set a sign against rocker crime through such procedures and to protect the population from further attacks, while the Hells Angels continue to cause unrest in their power.
