Timo from Harlaching is thrilled at dinner: A menu like a dream!
On the evening of August 28, 2025, the Munich district of Harlaching was transformed into a culinary venue. Timo, a 38-year-old key account manager with a background in food management, gave his guests a “journey through my culinary world” in the form of a varied menu. The Frankfurter Neue Presse reports on the dishes that Timo served his four teammates at the “Perfect Dinner”.
The menu started with an exciting starter: a “kinky” loup de mer, served with celery puree and nut butter. While some guests praised the spice, others had mixed opinions about it. At least Timo managed to keep the guests busy with a quiz while the main course was being prepared, which put them in a good mood. Marco, one of the blackheads, promptly noticed the familiar components in the menu, which put Timo's creative approaches to the test.
A special kind of main course
The main course of the evening, a fillet of Bavarian young bull, impressed the guests with its quality. There was also a parsley root puree and an unusual accent: white chocolate was rubbed over the meat at the table, which caused great astonishment on the faces of those present. “The jus is simply divine,” emphasized Basti, praising the taste balance of the dish. A voucher for kart coaching provided additional cheer at the table.
To round things off, Timo served a dessert that included rosemary vanilla cream with chocolate crumble, iced berries and pistachios. Pau, Lars and Basti in particular were enthusiastic about the sweet seduction, while Lars was able to build a more personal connection with Timo. In total, the host collected an impressive 37 points and thus moved to the top of the round. Day24 reports that Marco and Basti each received 35 points, Lars 31 points, which further increased the tension of the evening.
