NOVENTI Health SE recently published its annual financial statements for 2024, giving cause for celebration. After three years in the red, the company reported a profit of 6.6 million euros for last year. This marks the first positive result since 2022, when a loss of 133 million euros was recorded. The result in 2023 was also disappointing with a loss of 11 million euros. Overall, sales revenue remained at a constant level at a stable 263 million euros. What should be highlighted is the billing volume, which was over 30 billion euros last year. Frank Steimel, the deputy chairman of the board, confirmed the return to profitability. Mark Böhm, CEO of NOVENTI, has formulated the goal of acting as a quality leader in prescription billing and at the same time continuing to grow in the areas of merchandise management and software. Anniversary and recognition
2025 will be a very special year for NOVENTI as the company celebrates its 125th anniversary. As part of the representative meeting of the FSA e. V. on June 24th in Munich, the annual financial statements for 2024 were presented. The final meeting ended with a unanimous discharge of NOVENTI's Executive Board and Supervisory Board, which underlines the trust in the company's management.
